Today
was my second day in a row going to IKEA and coming back with new furniture. Someone make sure I don’t go again tomorrow.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE
putting things together.
I bought a new book shelf today.
Building things is so much fun. It’s like LEGOS for grown ups. I love it.
underwear malfunction
tiffchow:
The shitty thing about having bad eye hand/leg coordination and being my height is that if you try and put your underwear on and step on cloth instead of the holes where your legs go, you fall. Hard.
That happened to me yesterday, only I had a wall to crash into. The worst part is, you’re usually naked when this happens.
Yay
My flute came today, but i missed it so now i have to pick it up from the post office tomorrow morning sigh. then i have to go to school ugh. and then i have to write an essay. ugh.

Resa: Hi
Me: Hi sorry, I was in the kitchen
Resa: The kitchen? you woman
Me: Yes. I was baking cookies. and what?
Resa: ............wow, that's queer. I want cookies!
Me: They're east. I break off the squares and then i bake them.
Resa: Oh those, I make those for work and I tell the kids I made them by hand. They fall for it every time. Even though there's a square.
Me: haha that ugly square on top that reveals your shoddy baking.
On a unrelated note,
A month or two ago I sent a letter to my penpal in Japan. I’ve waited patiently and finally I caught him online and I asked him if he had received my letter. He said that he was “so so sorry for lating” and that he had gotten really busy lately. So now I am going to be getting a X-Mas card from him. I was all excited about getting an X-Mas card from Japan, but then he told me,...
Wow.
So remember how I asked the Chinese guy for a shipping number for my flute? Remember how he responded with:
You good friend:
Very happy do to trade with you, item about 8-10 days arrive you, please patience wait for! Thanks!
Well It as been about 10 business days so I asked him for a tracking number again. It’s not like I want to hassle him a lot, I just want to know where it is. He...

“What does one do at an airport?” asked my Japanese teacher. I didn’t recognize the word for airport, but after someone said, “You travel,” I knew it was probably LAX.
The Chinese student said that one meets his friends there, but Sensei said that she didn’t know about him, but she never met up with friends at an airport in order to “hang out.” She...
Sooo
I bought something on eBay and I sent the guy an e-mail asking if I could have a tracking number so I could see if someone would be home to receive the package. He responded with:
You good friend:
Very happy do to trade with you, item about 8-10 days arrive you, please patience wait for! Thanks!
Not what I was looking for, but I guess that’s as good as I’m going to get.
Tomorrow
is the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Best Buy. I am working four hours before my class later in the day. I am hoping that they give me my password for the cash registers because I am deathly afraid of being asked by a customer about guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, synthesizers, dj equipment, speakers, pa systems, lighting, software, or any of the many accessories found in my department.

Reblog with why you follow the person that posted this.
For every person who reblogs and answers, I will eat a taco. (So if 50 people reblog, I will eat 50 tacos.. in one sitting!) I’ll film it and put it on my youtube account (tiffsaysnope). You can all see an Asian girl yack all over the place and laugh. Perfect video to share with your family for the holidays! This ends on...
I thought I was safe
from breaking out because now that it’s cold, I’m not sweating or anything, but I was wrong. sigh…on another note, I was just given a very early Christmas gift and it is great.
Lucky,
I got paid for playing around with the electric guitars today.
yay
Today I learned how to use the register. I’ve been looking forward to this because I want to scan things with the little gun. When I was little, I always wanted the little play set that had a register and a scan gun. I didn’t really care what I was selling, as long as I got to be running the register. The closest I got was this Mc Donalds register, but it didn’t have a gun.
